- SMS Information: We take one-time access during on-boarding and prior to each disbursement to conduct checks for delinquency, bouncing charges, or EMI reminders. This helps us reject potential fraud cases. We do not read personal conversations or use this data for marketing.
- Phone Device Details: We request one-time access during on-boarding and prior to each disbursement to monitor device details for fraud prevention (e.g., ensuring multiple applications are not made from a single device). We strictly do not access your contact list.
- Camera Access: We request access to your camera to capture your image during on-boarding and Re-KYC processes, and to scan required KYC documents in compliance with applicable laws.
- Installed Applications: We take one-time access to your installed applications list during on-boarding and prior to each disbursement to ensure creditworthiness and prevent usage for betting or frequent borrowing through prohibited platforms.
2. Control Over Your Data & Consent Revocation
Your privacy is under your control. You have the explicit option to give or deny consent for the use of specific data, restrict disclosure to third parties, and revoke previously granted permissions.
